Adebayo Ayorinde
President
Adebayo Ayorinde has about three decades experience working in Oil Exploration and Production Companies. He worked for Ashland Oil Nigeria, Texaco Overseas Nigeria, Moni Pulo Ltd, (a leading indigenous exploration and production company), Allied Energy Resources, Afren Nigeria, Eland Oil & Gas/ Elcrest Exploration & Production Nigeria Limited and currently consults for Seplat Nigeria. Mr Ayorinde has been involved in different projects, both onshore and offshore and has managed human resources as well as production levels of 10,000 to 100,000bbls/day in these companies.
Mr Ayorinde served as Chief Operating Officer/Executive Director for Allied Energy before joining Naptha Global E & P Ltd. His experience cover such areas as Production, Engineering, Crude Oil Lifting, Production Technology and Community Affairs. He was also manager of the FPSO ( VI), an offshore floating production storage and offloading terminal, first of its kind in Nigeria.
PIETER VAN DER GROEN
VP Exploration
Peter was Chief Operating Officer of OML 40, (swamp asset), in Joint Venture with NPDC and in thee Ubima Field with Eland's local partner, All Grace Energy. He was also the Operational and technical lead for Eland Oil & Gas PLC in Nigeria working with NPDC, government, Nigerian partners, Shell divestment team, oil field service companies, new venture partners and other Nigerian upstream operators. Peter served as the Technical focal point during the SPDC JV, OML 40 acquisition and transition to operator process which is viewed as a very successful divestment by all parties.
ENGR TOCHUKWU ODUKWE
VP Production
Engr. Tochukwu Odukwe is a focused, thorough and resolute professional with over 24 years post qualification experience, 12 of which have been spent in project supervision and management of multi-billion Naira contracts in the oil and gas industry.
He has successfully executed projects for high value clients like Nigeria Integrated Power Projects NIPP , ADPNL, and Nigeria Gas Company. He is a Mechanical and Production Engineering graduate of Enugu State University.
Steve Ideh
VP Finance
A Highly adaptable executive/Chartered Accountant and Certified Project Manager with international experience in managing people, resources, risk and audits for prestigious companies in the financial services (banking, investment management, insurance) and oil & gas sectors.
Steve has over 25 years' cognate experience covering Professional practice, Banking, Investment Services Regulation, Entrepreneurship Consulting, Accounting, External & Internal Auditing, Risk Management and Taxation for companies both within and outside the country.
He has led and managed projects in financial due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, forensics, process development and regulatory compliance, including Legal & General (UK's) compliance with the EU's directive on Privacy & Electronic Communications (also known as Cookies Regulation). Steve has served in the executive committees of StanbicIBTC bank, and Nestoil Group. He is currently the Chief Finance Officer at Chrome Group where he is leading Turnaround efforts of some of the group companies.
Chike Epelle

Jonathan Chike Epelle offers thirty years of high level legal experience which ranges from extensive experience gained in major Governmental legal departments, through to founding and partnering in a private Uk based law firm. He has extensive consultative legal and business experience within Nigeria and has acts as an international legal consultant in various international jurisdictions. He holds a Law Degree form the University of Calabar, Nigeria and a Masters Degree in Law from University College London, and is qualified as both an advocate and a solicitor, in both Nigeria and the UK.
